Drinkaware Club Hosts pilot launches in Truro

Sarah Newton MP welcomes the launch of the alcohol education charity Drinkaware pilot initiative which is being trialled in The Office nightclub in Truro and is aimed at helping to keep young people safe on their night out.

MP Urges Carers to Find Out About Their Rights

Local MP Sarah Newton is encouraging the 10,265 unpaid carers in Truro and Falmouth to find about their rights as part of national Carers Rights Day - a national awareness day organised by the charity to inform the UK’s 6.5 million unpaid carers of their rights, benefits and the services they are entitled to.
